Assignment Modeling

To provide actionable support for marketing and sales activities, National Analysts utilizes assignment modeling to specify the segment membership, product and service configuration preference, and purchase motivator(s), as well as revenue potential for existing or prospective customers.

Assignment models use data from surveys, customer files, and other appropriate secondary information as input. The final product includes proprietary NA-Link® models which are used to score customer and prospect records, NA-Link models are designed so that they can be updated as needed by clients. Clients use these scored databases to support a variety of marketing and sales applications.

NA-QuikLink® is a real-time model which uses survey data as well as customer and other secondary information to identify sets of branching questions that can be used on the fly by call centers and account executives, or on Web sites to efficiently and accurately configure offers.
