Targeting Solutions
Many targeting applications fail because they do not recognize and incorporate the strengths and limitations of the data sources used. Our solutions prioritize accounts and prospects based on a combination of user specified inputs, customer data, and multiple model scores. In particular, targeting costs and measures of risk can be factored into the equation. Targeting solutions for acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, and retention can be delivered as stand-alone easy-to-use software, or within NA-Sales Performance Optimizer® (Requires PowerPoint).
For example, our cross-sell/up-sell optimizer selects prospects based on a combination of current and potential value, needs, switching/vulnerability scores, and purchase propensities. The optimizer recommends the products and services with the greatest likelihood of acceptance by the buyer, within acceptable error margins. Offer recommendations include specific product characteristics, benefits, and suggested applications to assist with offer positioning and increase the likelihood of success.
